These terms apply to gospelcampus.com, the Gospel Campus web dashboard, and our iOS and Android apps (together, the “Services”), provided by Gerizim Digital Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms for yourself and for any college you register or join. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- The details you give us, including your name, country, and phone number, must be true.
- The Services are not directed to children under 13. A college that uses them with younger students is responsible for any parental consent the law requires.
Colleges
- A new college can use the Services once we have approved it. We may decline a college, or withdraw approval if these terms are broken.
- The person who registers a college must have the authority to act for it, and is responsible for who is given access as an administrator or faculty member.
- Each college is responsible for its own teaching, admissions, grades, transcripts, and certificates. Gospel Campus is a software platform: we do not award degrees or accredit any college, and we do not guarantee that a college’s qualifications will be recognized by anyone else.
Students
- Students join Gospel Campus free of charge.
- Your studies are between you and your college. A college may charge tuition or a technology fee, which it sets and collects itself. We do not handle that money and cannot refund it, so please take any question about it to your college.
- Work you submit must be your own, and your college’s rules apply to it. Your college can see the records connected with your enrollment.
Free trial and college plans
- A new college receives a 14-day free trial, or 30 days when it joins with a partner code. No payment is taken during the trial.
- When the trial ends, the college dashboard locks until the college has an active plan. Current plans and prices, in US dollars, are shown on the Billing page.
- Payments are taken by Stripe on its secure checkout page. Plans renew every month until cancelled.
- To cancel, write to info@gospelcampus.com. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- We may give access codes that add free months of membership. Codes have no cash value and may expire.
- If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your college.
Your content
Your college owns the records and materials it enters, and you own the work you upload. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the Services. You confirm that you have the right to enter them, including the personal details of students and staff.
Our content
The Services, and the courses, sermons, and other materials we provide in them, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may use them for study and teaching within the Services. Please do not sell them or republish them elsewhere without our written permission.
AI features
A college may connect its own API key from an AI provider it chooses. The college is responsible for that key, for its provider’s terms and charges, and for checking anything the AI drafts before it is used.
Acceptable use
Use the Services for theological education and the running of your college. Do not use them to send unwanted messages, to upload anything unlawful or harmful, to store information you have no right to keep, to falsify grades or records, to reach another college’s records, or to disrupt the Services.
Availability
We work hard to keep the Services running and your records safe, but we cannot promise they will always be free of interruption. From time to time we may pause them briefly for maintenance, and features may change as the Services develop.
Ending
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can.
Liability
The Services are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees your college paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If a change matters, we will tell you in the Services or by email before it takes effect.
